All fares, availability, and flight schedules are subject to confirmation at the time of full payment.

Ticket Rules – Non-Changeable & Non-Refundable

All deposits made toward flight reservations are strictly non-refundable. Deposits may secure seat availability only and do not guarantee the fare. Any increase in fare at the time of final payment will be charged to the customer accordingly.

The company does not take responsibility for passengers’ travel documentation, including passports, visas, transit visas, or health requirements. As a travel agency, our services are limited to flight ticketing and hotel bookings. Passengers are strongly advised to consult the relevant embassy, consulate, or official authority regarding travel and transit requirements before departure.

Complaint Handling Procedure

If you experience any issue during your journey or stay, you must report it immediately to the relevant service provider (such as the airline or hotel). If the matter cannot be resolved on the spot, please contact us immediately by phone or email.

Failure to notify us promptly may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the issue while you are traveling and may affect your rights under this agreement.

Refund Policy & Procedures

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Only refundable tickets or services qualify for a refund, and airline penalties, administrative fees, or fare differences may apply. Once a refund request is processed, the itinerary will be automatically cancelled.

Refund requests are submitted to the airline on behalf of the customer. Each airline, including Kenya Airways and its partner carriers, follows its own refund timelines and procedures. We have no control over airline processing times. Refunds can only be issued once the airline has completed the process and credited the funds to our account.

Customers are advised to allow a minimum of 21 working days for refund updates. Refunds for eligible tickets purchased by cash or bank transfer are generally processed within 30 business days from approval.

For services involving third-party suppliers where deposits have already been paid to secure bookings, the refund policy of the respective supplier will apply. Such refunds may take between 10 to 21 working days, depending on supplier terms.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a product or service is withdrawn or cancelled by us or the supplier, you will be informed promptly along with the reason for the cancellation.

If you request changes to your travel arrangements and such changes are permitted, standard service fees will apply in addition to any airline or supplier charges. All changes are subject to availability and the fare rules of the purchased product. Please contact us by phone or email for change requests.

Important Notice Regarding Airline Reservations

If you arrive at an airline check-in counter with a confirmed ticket and the airline cannot locate your reservation, do not leave the counter. Review your ticket carefully. If the flight status shows “OK,” airline policy generally requires the carrier to accommodate you on the flight.

If accommodation is not possible, the airline must arrange an alternative flight or provide denied boarding compensation where applicable. If needed, request assistance from an airline supervisor immediately.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By booking through our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional terms imposed by Kenya Airways or other airline and service providers involved in your booking.

You agree on behalf of yourself and all passengers on the booking to comply with all applicable terms, including full payment obligations.

Any violation of these terms may result in:
(a) cancellation of your reservation,
(b) forfeiture of any payments made,
(c) denial of access to travel services, and
(d) recovery of any costs incurred as a result of the violation.

You confirm that:
(a) you are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements,
(b) you are authorized to act on behalf of all passengers included in the booking, and
(c) all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

You accept full financial responsibility for all use of our services made under your name or booking reference.
